Visitor Center 360°

2025

Starting Point

For nearly two decades, a corporate museum had existed on the grounds of a large industrial enterprise, established in 2005. It showcased the company’s products and achievements, its development plans, and effectively served as a visitor center where the first impression of the enterprise and its corporate culture was formed.
Over time, it became clear that the format of the 2000s no longer met modern expectations: a static exhibition, outdated interior, and obsolete content could no longer reflect the scale and dynamism of the company’s growth. The corporate museum remained an important stop for delegations and international partners, but it had ceased to function as a proper brand presentation tool.
The management understood that the museum had outgrown its original purpose and required not just an update, but a complete rethinking. This marked the beginning of work on a new visitor center—one that would unite history and innovation, engineering power and a human dimension.

Project Objectives

The architectural design bureau faced a set of complex and ambitious tasks:
– to carry out a full-scale renovation of the existing space;
– to develop a new exhibition concept — not as a collection of artifacts, but as a well-designed journey into the brand;
– to create a new system of showcases and exhibition structures;
– to integrate multimedia elements without overloading the space;
– to preserve the heritage and spirit of the corporation.
In essence, the challenge was to transform the old 2005 museum into a progressive visitor center built virtually from scratch — with a new meaning, function, and identity.

Design project

Work on the concept began with the most important aspect — understanding the logic of how the audience interacts with the space.
The key decision was to create an immersive route that shaped not only the structure of the exhibition but also the spatial and planning solutions.
Before the renovation, the space opened fully from the entrance, and visitors could immediately “see everything.” The area felt flat, even though it had a unique circular form.

We decided to use this feature and built a spiral path, where each new turn reveals a deeper level of understanding. In this way, the space was divided into segments corresponding to the stages of the company’s development and its areas of activity.

— comments the project’s lead architect.

Implementation

The project’s implementation became a true test of engineering precision and attention to detail. The renovation took place in an active industrial facility, on a tight schedule, and under numerous technical constraints.

We carried out a full-scale reconstruction of the space: replacing utilities, lighting, flooring, and completely updating the architectural finishes. At the same time, custom exhibition structures were fabricated — display cases of complex geometry, fully integrated into the architecture of the space.

Every element was designed individually:
— furniture was manufactured according to custom drawings, with millimeter-level precision;
— lighting scenarios were developed for each zone separately, guiding visitors’ attention and creating a rhythm of perception;
— design mock-ups went through numerous iterations and approvals to ensure that every pictogram and every pixel met the company’s high standards.

Unlike typical museum solutions, everything here was created for a specific visitor journey and a defined audience. This project is an example of how engineering rigor and artistic expressiveness can work together to create a space with character.

Visitor Center Today
We are presenting this project a year after its opening — and we can confidently say that the visitor center has stood the test of time. Since opening, the new space has already hosted several international delegations, dozens of business meetings, and official receptions. It has become not just a presentation area, but a point of attraction for partners and guests of the enterprise.

The visitor center helped establish a new brand communication — modern, emotional, and technological. The space has become a reflection of corporate culture, a symbol of continuity and renewal.

— notes the company’s management.
For us, this project is an example of how a traditional museum format can be reimagined and transformed into a relevant tool for brand representation. Every detail here is deliberate. Every showcase, line of light, and design pixel works toward a single idea: to show how the company’s past, present, and future converge in one space.
